In the previous article, I discussed the two stages of fundraising carried out by FTXFUND, namely:

  1. The Seed Stage
  2. The Internal Stage
  3. Another stage

In this article, we will discuss the next steps in FTXFUND Fundraising.

  1. The Pre-sale Stage
    Presales is a process or a set of activities/sales normally carried out before a customer is acquired, though sometimes presales also extends into the period the product or service is delivered to the customer (Wikipedia).
    FTXFUND pre-sale stage was held for 11 days, namely on May 9th — May 19th 2021. FTXF token pre-sale is specific only to those who have done Whitelist registration of the first PR community.
    The token price will increase by about 15% from the previous stage, bringing the price of each FTXF token to $0.45. Tokens will be locked for 3 months and will be unlocked by 33% every month. at this stage the purchase limit applies, namely
    Min: 1000 FTFX
    Max : 30000 FTFX
  2. The Public Sale stage
    A public sale is an occasion where goods or FTXF tokens will be widely sold to the public, and this is an occasion when a company makes shares available on a stock exchange FTXFUND starts this stage on June 1st 2021. General sales can be made through the official website: https://ftxfund.com/
    The price will gradually increase from $ 0.6 — $ 0.95 and there is no token locking.
  3. The last stage, The IEO Sales Stage
    this is the last phase of the FTXFUND Fundraising.
    “Known as an IEO for short, this is where a cryptocurrency exchange oversees the token sale. The benefits are clear: blockchain projects go through a comprehensive vetting process where their white paper is scrutinized, and their crowdfunding drive will also get publicity” (Coinmarketcap ).
    FTXFUND has not announced when this stage will take place but will be announced at a later date. However, it is expected that sales have reached 5 million FTXF Tokens and have been listed on some Decentralized Exchange.
